Whether you are first time buyers, looking to move home, re-mortging or buying a shared ownership or council property or an investment property, the appointment is completely free of charge.

We can conduct appointments in your home or office, over the telephone or on a Teams call - Whatever is most convenient for you.

We will provide you with indicative figures for how much you can borrow and how much it will cost as well as some of the potential lenders available to you. At that point you are free to walk away with no strings attached.

Later if you choose us to proceed with a full mortgage application with you, we would then charge £99.00 upfront to cover a personalised and detailed affordability assessment, a personalised mortgage pack, an Agreement in Principle and we can even help with solicitors, how to offer on a property and any other requirements you may have.

If we apply for a mortgage for you and are successfull in obtaining you a suitable mortgage offer, we charge a mortgage offer fee of £149.00 (but only if you obtain your offer).
